LED Flexible Strip
As with white LED strip, colour LED strip is available in commercial grade or premium Gold grade with gold LED contacts and a higher grade LED chip.
The red, green and blue LED strip can be produced from the natural colour of the LED chip while the other colours are all created in a similar way to white LED using a doped phosphor coating.
Using different doping combinations a very wide range of colours can be created and custom colours can be made to order.
The listing opposite shows the standard colours we have available. Other colour shades can be made to order.
The colour of an LED is indicated by its wavelength measured in nanometres (nm).
Typical wavelengths for the colours are shown for each colour. Note that pink does not have a wavelength as it is a combination of red and purple.
